Private messaging problems

A few people have mentioned PM problems:

Please make sure you have imput a VALID email address as the PM system uses it as part of the PM process. E.g. it will PM you and then email you to let you know you have a PM (if you have that option set). Not having a valid email address with cause it to fail.

Also it has been noticed by a lot of people on the forum and off it that emails going to BTOpenworld addresses (or BT.com) seems to be being blocked at BT's end. This includes gmail addresses. To reduce the chance of non-reciept of emails it is suggested you get a free email account and use that.

I've altered this so it appears in every section of the forum so more people should see it.
